The triphala works very well. I don’t always eat right, and pay for it at night. This seems to reset my system and any discomfort i might have had is gone.
The immune health reslly seems too give me a boost in the morning and the day. I have a heart issue that seemed to flare up after I got my covid vaccine.
(That was the first and the last vaccine)
My heart palpitations have become non existent since i started taking this.

We don't get this in the UK but 108.health were kind enough to ship it out to me. I'm glad they did. My digestive tract feels stronger, no more bloating and acidity. Plus my body feels stronger. The fact that it goes straight into the bloodstream is a huge factor for me.
The only down side is that the shipping works out quite expensive as we can't get it in the UK. But its worth giving up something else to purchase these products
1. Use herbs that help your food digest quickly. When cleansing the body, the digestion has to work as well as the elimination process. Use a combination of dry ginger, black pepper, cumin, coriander and turmeric while cooking your food so when you eat, the herbs mix in your food and help your digestive fire (Agni) stay at maximum strength.
2. Fast for 1-4 days a month on vegetable juice and soup. Taking 3-5 cups of vegetable juice, herbal teas and or soups gives your system a break from digesting solid food that takes much longer to digest. During a 1-4 day liquid fast, the body has the opportunity to let go of harmful toxins that have built up in areas such as the organs and tissues. The mind also can become lighter and more stress free during a fast.
3. Take 2-4 tablespoon of aloe vera juice twice a day on an empty stomach. This will help support better digestion, as well as calm down any excessive heat in the system such as acidity or heartburn.
