Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs
We offer free ground shipping for all our products in the U.S. We fulfill orders in a day and the USPS takes 2-5 days to reach you based on your location. 

We also offer expedited shipping at a cost to the customer. This service takes 1-2 days depending on your location.
Costs are calculated by the courier service.

If you are shipping to Canada or any other country, import duties may apply from your own country. This duty varies from country to country and can be looked up online.

Lost package
If your package is lost or late please first track your products by using the number on your shipment confirmation email. You can also email us to help you.

If your package is lost, we will be happy to replace it.

Damaged product
If your product is damaged please send us a photo of the product so we can prevent this from happening again. We will also be happy to send you a new replacement. Just email us with the details.

Returns
If you like to return a product, we can take it back if it has not been opened or the seal has not been broken. Health laws prohibit us from taking back opened or used products.

If your product is unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase, we will be able to refund you and send a return shipping label for you to print and place on the box you received your shipment in. The return cost is charged at a flat rate of $5.

Wrong orders and exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an unopened product, please email us and follow the same directions outlined under Returns above.
